Taking a moment between his intense rehearsal schedule for South Africa, Mr. David Abrams agreed to meet me for a flirt at FLIRT lounge in Las Vegas. His rumored carefree style did nothing to loosen my nerves. Instead it only prompted reminders that David's wild side was by no means far away...and neither was he. There he waited, with his masculine fingers combing his chestnut waves....
Lady : Congrats to our June Man of the Month!
David : Thank you, it is an absolute honor.
Lady : How's life treating you?
David : Right now it's pretty perfect!
Lady : You must be excited about traveling to South Africa soon!
David : I can't wait. I'm really looking forward to performing with my friends again and mingling with the fans.
Lady : What does your family think of your work?
David : At first they were shocked, but after seeing The Show they are impressed.
Lady : Do you have any recommendations for aspiring Chippendales?
David : Keep your head screwed on and your feet on the ground! Also, take a dance class. It's not as easy as you may think!! (He Winks)
Lady : Have you ever had a wardrobe malfunction?
David : Every time I get dressed! (Smiling)
Lady : What's the worst job you've ever had?
David : Shoveling snow during the brutal Canadian winters.
Lady : (Laughing) Sounds unpleasant, although summers are beautiful in Ontario.
David : Oh yeah...I used to love camping!
Lady : So, do you solely like nature or just getting dirty? (Smiling)
David : Depends on whom I'm with.
Lady : Hummmmmm...Me!
David : Dirty...Definitely dirty!
Lady : (Laughing) What else do you like?
David : Playing drums and piano.
Lady : What about singing? Can you hold your own?
David : Sometimes I'll belt out a few Elton John tunes in the shower or while driving.
Lady : Who's the last artist you saw in concert?
David : John Mayer
Lady : Still can't believe he's dating Jessica Simpson... Do you believe "opposites attract" or are you more attracted to women like yourself?
David : I strongly believe that opposites attract!
Lady : What do you like to do on a first date?
David : Have a drink, talk, cuddle a little and send her home wanting more.
Lady : Do you kiss on the first date?
David : If her lips invite me!
Lady : What's your favorite possession?
David : My mind, it's a terrible thing to waste.
Lady : Do you wear jewelry?
David : Just a watch. I'm a very simple guy.
Lady : I also hear that you're shy!
David : shhhhhh, that's a secret! (Blushing)

1. What is your favorite part of the show to perform?
The entire show. I love everything about it. From start to finish its an amazing rush!
2. When all this is over---years and years from now---what would you like to be remembered for? Your sexiness,
or the sweet wonderful person you are to all of your fans?
Both for sure! I work hard to stay in great shape, but being known as someone that is kind,
thoughtful of others and respects all.....is probably a great way to be remembered.
3. How has being with Chippendales affected you as an individual as a person?
How have you enjoyed the experience so far being with The Chippendales?
So far it's been amazing. I love it. It's built a lot of self confidence.
Performing on stage isn't easy, learning the dance number really is tough.
But now that involved, I can say that everytime I walk on stage, I know I'm going to give the best show possible.
4. What is the craziest thing that a fan has either given you or done for you?
Actually haven't received anything from the fans. Lots of letters and messages on various fan sites. All have been very respectful.
So just having that is all a Chippendales dancer could ask for. I'm very thankful to the Fans!!!
5. What else would you be doing if you weren't a chippendales dancer?
I didn't know there was anything else to do? haha!
6. Have you been worried about anything happening to you..what these females will do to just get to touch you?
Not worried a bit. I've been violated a couple times running around the crowd. But that comes with the business...!
Like Forrest Gump....I just keep running!
7. What are your hobbies on your down time.
I play drums and piano. I love to play golf. Extreme sports like skydiving, paintball, quad biking etc.
8. I see you have a tattoo...what made you decide on that particular one? It ROCKS!!
Thanks. I've always wanted a tattoo. I have a lot of respect for Lions. They represent power and respect.
In Africa, the locals loved my art work. I would like to get another one. Maybe a Tiger or Leopard.
9. What do you do to keep your body in such great shape?
I work out 6 days a week two hours a day. I have a very clean diet with high protien intake.
It doesn't come easy. Like anything, it takes time, motivation and a lot of sweat!
10. What is your favorite skit to perform?
I love all but I think COWBOY is one of my favorites!
11. Do you have any pets? If not what would you want?
I do not. It wouldn't be fair with my travel schedule but if I could I would want a REALLY BIG DOG! (Or a LION!) hehe
12. I love to travel. What's your favorite vacation spot?
South of France! Amazing beaches, sun, food and the people are very friendly. ( To me anyways! )
13. How has your past experiences improved your performance as a Chippendales dancer? Can you give an example?
I've worked in the fashion business for many years. It's allowed me the ability to understand lighting, angles
and has allowed me to build a comfort level being in front of large audiences
